Molimo amričku Ambasadu u Sarajevu da uskrati vizu Željki Cvijanović, predsjednici RS, zbog izdavanja ukaza kojim negira član 145a Krivičnog zakona BiH kojim se zabranjuje negiranje genocida i kojim je zaprijećena kazna zatvora do pet godina, stoji u pismu Bosanskih patriota upućenom USA Ambasadi u Sarajevu

The Law on Amendment of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina amends Article 145a to include the following: “Whoever publicly condones, denies, grossly trivializes or tries to justify a crime of genocide, crimes against humanity or a war crime established by a final adjudication pursuant to the Charter of the International Military Tribunal appended to the London Agreement of 8 August 1945 or by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia or the International Criminal Court or a court in Bosnia and Herzegovina, directed against a group of persons or a member of such a group defined by reference to race, color, religion, descent or national or ethnic origin, when the conduct is carried out in a manner likely to incite to violence or hatred against such a group or a member of such a group, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term between six months and five years.”
Ukazujući na Krivični zkon BiH kojim se zabranjuje negiranje genocida, Bosnski patrioti treže od USA Ambasade u Sarajevu da odbije izdavanje vize Željki Cvijanović pred njen pompezno najavljen put u USA:

“Deny issuing a US visa to Željka Cvijanovic who has signed the law in the so-called ‘Republika Srpska to delegitimize the law on genocide denial which also applied to Holocaust denial, that was passed by former OHR representative Valentin Inzko. By issuing her a US visa you will become an accomplice to her anti- Dayton actions. Moguće je da Cvijanovićka već ima vizu, pa bi je u tom slučaju trebalo poništiti, smatraju Bosanski patrioti. Dodaju, vrijeme je da USA i Cvijanovićku stavi na svoju cnu listu.
Bosanski patrioti smatraju da bi izdavanje vize Željki Cvijanović bio gest negiranja genocida i zakona zemlje domaćina od strane američke Ambasade…
